ABOUT THE ROLE
As a People & Culture Consultant and Business growth specialist , your work will be split evenly between people & culture consulting and leading the sales and marketing area of our company.
As a People & Culture Consultant, you will be working operationally with clients. In this part of the role, you will solve our clients' problems and provide insights on leadership, organizational and/or talent trends and build trusted relationships to drive sustainable, impactful growth.
The second part of your work will focus on business development, where you will help drive our brand’s presence and contribute to marketing & sales. This will involve activities such as working on our social media presence and networking to strengthen client engagement and expand our market presence.
As part of a TEAL organization and a key member of our team, you will also contribute to the internal processes, development, and growth of the company.
Key areas include:
- Advising on and implementing People & Culture solutions to help new and prospective clients achieve their goals.
- Building networks and relations to cultivate strong, lasting client relationships through proactive engagement.
- Identifying innovative strategies to drive business growth.
- Working closely with our CEO to help us become the go-to People & Culture provider in Sweden. This includes identifying and meeting with potential leads and creating campaigns to increase brand visibility and generate new business.
WHO ARE YOU?
Maybe you have put a great deal of effort into a project only to fall flat on your face, seen an organization brought to its knees, or done such poor recruitment that your entire team suffered? We love to hear what you’ve learned!
- Resilient and skilled at building strong, authentic relationships with potential new clients, and eager to close deals.
- Comfortable being a spokesperson and ambassador for the company
- Experienced working hands-on with Recruitment or HR and enjoys sharing knowledge about the latest trends in Talent Management, HR or leadership in the digital as well as physical world.
- A strongly self-leader and a natural problem solver, taking action when things need improvement.
- Adaptable in times of change and daring to trust the process (even when “the process” doesn't exist!).
- Fluent in Swedish and English is a requirement

We split our time between visiting our clients, our Stockholm office, and wherever.
Oh, and the salary for this role?
We think it will be somewhere between 45 000- 65 000 SEK/month, depending on your value added.
