Your mission:
Deliver Modern Tech Recruitment: Focus on quality over quantity. You own the process from A to Z.
Strategic Advisory: You don’t just take orders. You challenge the status quo, advise CTOs/Hiring Managers, and help them improve their long-term talent acquisition strategy.
Value Creation: You see beyond the brief. If a client needs a process overhaul more than a new dev, you have the autonomy to point that out.

WHO ARE YOU?
You are a senior freelance recruiter who knows the tech landscape inside out. You thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy the "creative mess" that comes with growth.
Your profile:
Self-Leadership: You manage your own time, priorities, and client relationships like a pro.
Tech Savvy: You understand the difference between Java and JavaScript (and why it matters), and you’re comfortable talking to senior tech stakeholders. Extra points if you have experience from games industry!
Boldness: You have the guts to say "no" to a client when necessary to ensure a better outcome.
Communication: Fluent in Swedish and English.
Teal-Curious: You value autonomy and enjoy working in flat, self-organizing structures.
