ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a role for someone who wants to make a real impact. Your mission will be to:

• Deliver modern, high-quality recruitment (and occasionally HR services) to our clients – we care about quality over quantity.

• Lead the client dialogue – understand their business, challenge when needed, and act as a strategic advisor when helping them become “Recommended by their people”.

• Identify and act on opportunities to create more value – because you see beyond the brief.

• Contribute to building a forward-thinking, collaborative organization where we test, learn, and support each other.

ABOUT YOU(?)

You know tech recruitment inside and out – and you thrive where there's energy, change, and real impact. You're comfortable leading the way, whether it’s running a hiring process, challenging a client’s thinking, or navigating a slightly messy, fast-paced environment. You're confident in your communication, no matter if you're talking to a CTO, hiring manager, or CEO. And most of all: you’re driven by ownership, not by micromanagement.

To really enjoy this role, you probably:

• Are bold enough to challenge clients, not just delivering what they ask for.

• Enjoy fast-moving and evolving environments where not everything is set in stone.

• Bring structure to chaos – but don’t mind a bit of creative mess.

• Have strong self-leadership – you plan, prioritize, and take initiative like a pro.

• Love to own your projects, relationships, and results.

• Feel confident in hands-on tech recruitment

• Understand or are curious about TEAL and enjoy working without traditional managers.
• Speak Swedish and English!

We think it will be somewhere between 35 000 – 47 000 SEK/month , depending on your value added.
