We’re now looking for a Senior People & Culture Consultant to lead strategic work with our clients, strengthen our internal capabilities, and drive our vision forward. 

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in complexity, builds trust like a pro, lead change with ease and joy and also loves making things happen.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a senior role with real impact—both for our clients and for us at Recommended by. You will quickly build trust and long-term relationships with clients at all levels.

You’ll work closely with HR leaders and management teams to:
• Lead strategic People & Culture projects with clarity and confidence.
• Set strategies and deliver on them—from organizational structure to operational TA.
• Grow existing accounts by spotting opportunities that add real value.
• Co-create the development of Recommended by while balancing hands-on delivery.

You’ll be managing stakeholders from across the client’s organization, and you’ll need to be just as comfortable talking vision with a CEO as digging into talent data with HR.

We think it will be somewhere between 60 000 – 70 000 SEK/month , depending on your value added.
