Marketing intern - Spring 2026
Do you want to create real marketing content, shape a people-first brand, and learn by doing in a growing consultancy?
Do you want to help build a brand that truly puts people first?
Recommended by is a People & Culture consultancy supporting organizations through sustainable growth by strengthening employer brands, recruitment, leadership, and organizational development.
As a Marketing Intern, you will work closely with one of our team members and our external marketing partner. Since we don’t have a traditional marketing department, this role comes with a high level of freedom and responsibility, perfect for someone who enjoys taking initiative, shaping ideas into reality, and learning by doing.
You’ll be part of an entrepreneurial environment where we combine strategy with hands-on execution, and where you’ll have the opportunity to influence how we communicate, position our offerings, and show up in the market. We want you to feel that you’re contributing for real, not just helping out.
What you will work with
Your tasks will be varied and hands-on, across both content and communication, for example:
• Creating content and materials for our website and digital channels (LinkedIn, newsletters, Instagram)
• Supporting production of articles, client cases, offering pages, and campaign materials
• Contributing to website content, structure, and visibility (SEO/AEO)
• Helping package our services and projects in a clear and attractive way
• Participating in event planning and marketing activities
Who we are looking for
You are currently studying at a university or vocational school within marketing, communication, media, business, or a similar field, and want to develop within content marketing, brand building, and digital communication in a consultancy or service-based business.
We believe you are curious, proactive, and comfortable taking responsibility. You are structured but creative, enjoy both planning and ideation, and take initiative to get things done. You are confident writing in Swedish and English.
Experience with tools such as Canva, Figma, Adobe, Google Analytics, SEO, or Google Suite is a plus, but not required.
