Commercial Product Manager

We are looking for a Commercial Product Manager to take end-to-end ownership of Device-as-a-Service (DaaS) combining product strategy, performance, customer experience and scalable delivery. This is a role with a broad mandate and clear P&L responsibility, where you will help develop, improve and scale a commercially strong offering.
DaaS is one of our key growth areas and an important part of our circular lifecycle model. The offering combines hardware, lifecycle services, financing and operational delivery into an integrated solution for Corporate and Public sector customers.

What you will do
As Commercial Product Manager, you will:
Own and develop the DaaS offering end to end - including product strategy, roadmap, customer value and P&L follow-up.
Strengthen commercial competitiveness by developing pricing logic, frameworks, profitability guardrails and margin improvement levers.
Analyze and improve the customer experience across physical and digital touchpoints, including processes, handovers and service interactions.
Use data to understand performance, identify opportunities and turn insights into commercial and product action.
Translate strategy into execution by collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Operations, Service Design and Delivery around clear priorities.

You are someone who:
Has experience with Product Management, commercial strategy, business building, management consulting or similar ownership-driven roles within SaaS, lifecycle services or other service-heavy environments.
Has strong commercial understanding and a genuine interest in what drives profitable growth, from pricing and margins to contracts, business models and customer value.
Has a product mindset and understands how to develop an offering around customer needs, customer journeys, positioning and scalable delivery.
Is confident working with data and uses insights to understand performance, identify opportunities, and make better decisions.
Combine strategic thinking with strong execution - you can create structure, set direction and turn ideas into concrete progress.
Communicates clearly, builds trust across functions and enjoys collaborating with others to move complex topics forward.
Experience from B2B, lifecycle services, leasing, circular business models, PE-backed environments or P&L ownership is a plus.
